How We Should Learn

We are not taught how to learn in school, we are taught how to pass tests. The spacing effect is a far more effective way to learn and retain information that works with our brain instead of against it. Find out how to use it here.

The most important thing we can learn is how to learn. When we learn we adapt, hopefully a work smarter not harder approach to life.

To learn something, like a language, a speech, technical steps, even names of people, we need to exercise our brains, one step at a time. Spaced repetition can help us “learn better.”
